IP CORE SUPPORT

All of Imaginations’ IP cores come with extensive documentation, verification suites and software. Our support and maintenance program ensures that our partners receive comprehensive technical support and timely updates and upgrades.

Imagination operates a sophisticated and secure web based system to provide IP releases and bug reporting and tracking for all of our licensees. Using dedicated accounts our partners can access the latest IP deliverables and can post support queries which are immediately logged and routed to the appropriate support team. Once logged, the system ensures that issues are tracked to completion. This system helps ensure that Imagination remains highly responsive to our customers' needs.

Imagination’s IMGworks SoC design group provides a wide range of hardware SoC design services from assistance in RTL integration through to complete design, layout and trial fabrication of complete SoCs. This total SoC capability ensures that Imagination can support any customer in any phase of design or development through to volume production.

IMGworks also has a Platform Services team, who focus on providing complementary software design services related to our IP to our licensees, OEMs and strategic partners. This team can undertake a wide range of software integration services relating to our IP cores, including device driver porting, integration with operating systems, adaptation of drivers to new APIs and assistance with system optimization. The Platform Services team has been particularly attractive to partners wishing to accelerate timescales for their product roadmaps, empowering them to be first to market with the exciting new capabilities of our IP cores.
